3. Take ample amount of rest during pregnancy and do not put stress on your body.
4. Do not lift any sort of weight.
5. Do not take any medicine before consulting a doctor. Sometimes you take medicine for another cause which can have adverse effect on your pregnancy.
6. Follow a healthy diet and good fitness routine.
7. Avoid smoking, alcohol and drugs.
8. While it is normal to have sex during pregnancy but you need to make sure that you do not put any stress on the womb.
9. Ask your doctor about any fears or concerns to get the support you need.
Pregnancy after miscarriage is something not to worry about and the second attempt will most likely result in a healthy baby.
