One of the method to conceive a boy is to have intercourse in the day of ovulating or a day after ovulating; and to get the gender of a girl, have intercourse two or four days before ovulation.
Another method is to take a deep penetration (of your husband’s penis) to deposit the “boy” sperm near to your cervix.
This third method is closer as the first one which is to have a boy you have to have intercourse four to six days before ovulation. And to have a girl you have to intercourse from two to three days before ovulation.
Now the final method which based from a statistical study, suggest that women who want boys have a high calorie diet.
Tips to get pregnant:
o Continue lying in your bed after intercourse for at least five minutes; this will enable the sperm to interact with the egg.
o Stop smoking, studies have shown that smoking 10 cigarettes per day reduces your chance to get pregnant by as much as 50%.
o Stop drinking coffee, studies has also shown that coffee can reduce fertility and can cause fertility problems.
o If you are taking any prescription or any medical drugs, talk with your doctor about it and make sure that the medication does not decrease your pregnant chances.
o As we have talked about the cervical mucus test, do this test before taking a shower or swim because this can affect the quality and quantity of the cervical mucus.
o Do not have intercourse every day, if you do so it will decrease your chance to get pregnant. Try to make intercourse around the days where you are being ovulating.
o When checking your BBT, try to use digital thermometer instead of the old style thermometer (the mercury type) as it is easier to read and more accurate.
